Absolutely love shooting for CROW! So many different elements - the garments and designs, the accessories for the outfits, props, locations, expressions... Loved shooting this in the streets of Ahmedabad with Shaila and Jenil. And this shoot - the "RAW SHIFT" was submitted for the LAKME FASHION WEEK. #HappyMe

CROW has always been about simplistic patterns, embellished with contemporary prints and out of the box designs! Shaila is bending and breaking the rules in the apparel industry and is redefining women's fashion with her unique cuts, ruffles and pockets. Giving every garment an identity of its own. That we what we have tried to capture in essence, in this shoot.

Shaila effortlessly creates an upbeat contemporary look. And the outfits are edgy without compromising over comfort.

We made these photographs in the heart of the Ahmedabad. The rustic walls and the old city gives the right amount of grunge without overshadowing the outfits. We were experimenting with the expressions and have tried to establish a truce between the location and the garments.
